This Privacy Policy explains how Dispatch One (“Dispatch One”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website at dispatchone.pk, the Dispatcher CRM, the desktop tools (Dispatch Data Scraper and Bulk Email Sender), and our consultation service (together, the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, company name, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
- Billing information — because payment is arranged directly with you, we only keep what's needed to confirm your purchase and subscription (for example, which plan you bought and when it renews). We do not store full card numbers.
- Content you enter — the carriers, loads, drivers, invoices, notes and other data you add to the CRM. This is your business data; we process it to run the Service for you.
- Usage & device data — basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, and — for the desktop tools — a device identifier used to keep your license to one machine at a time.
The desktop tools and your data
The desktop tools run on your own computer:
- The Dispatch Data Scraper gathers publicly available carrier records (such as FMCSA and Motus data). The lists you build stay on your machine — we don't receive them.
- The Bulk Email Sender sends from your own email accounts. Your inbox credentials and your contact lists remain on your computer; we don't collect the recipients you email.
The tools do contact our server to verify your login and keep your license active.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service;
- To manage your account, subscription and access to the tools;
- To respond to your messages and provide support;
- To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light/dark mode. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, our hosting provider), under confidentiality obligations;
- if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
- in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. To make a request, email us at hello@dispatchone.pk.
Children
The Service is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above, and significant changes may be highlighted in the app.
