Step by step
Buy & download
Download BulkEmailSender.exe from “Get the Tools” and sign in with your Dispatch One login.
Connect your inboxes
Add the email accounts you'll send from. Add several so sends rotate and each account stays under its safe daily limit.
Warm up first
Turn on warm-up for new accounts so they build a good sending reputation before you send in volume.
Import your list
Load the CSV you exported from the Scraper and map the fields — first name, company, and email.
Write with spintax
Use {options|like|this} and {first_name} / {company} so every email is slightly different and personal.
Run a spam check
Send a test to see whether you land in Inbox vs Promotions/Spam, and adjust the wording if needed.
Send
Launch the campaign. Sends rotate across your accounts, respect daily caps, and anyone who opts out is suppressed automatically.
Tips
- Keep to about 40–50 sends per account per day to stay safe.
- Avoid spammy words and too many links — it hurts inbox placement.
- Always honor opt-outs — the tool does this for you automatically.
